Latest Cheque Presentations - Spring Concert - May 14, 2013

Thanks to everyone who continues to support the fundraising efforts of the organizations from the Trinity Bight area in support of our Community Park at Bishop White School. Thanks as well to local businesses and not-for-profit organizations who have been sponsoring events and raising funds towards our goal. It's through working together we will achieve our fundraising goal of $131,000.00 so our children, residents and visitors can have the best area possible for learning and playing.

Below are the latest cheque presentations that were made at the school's Spring Concert:

Left to Right - Joan Kane, Bonaventure to English Harbour Development Association (BEDA) presented a cheque for $1,700.00 for in-kind value towards supplies for Build Day at the Community Park. Receiving the cheque are Stephanie Gould, Principal and Cairine House, Vice Principal


Left to Right - Frances Nurse, Champney's East Recreation presents a cheque for $500.00 towards the Community Park to Stephanie Gould, Principal and Cairine House, Vice Principal

 
Left to Right - Garland Bailey, Investors Group presents a cheque to Stephanie Gould, Principal and
Cairine House, Vice Principal for $500.00 on behalf of Investors Group - True Sports Program
 
 

 
Left to Right - Cecily Marsden presents a cheque for $400.00 from the Dance that was held at the Good Times Hall in Old Bonaventure. Thanks to everyone that came out and supported the event. Receiving the cheque on behalf of the Bishop White Community Park is Stephanie Gould, Principal and Cairine House, Vice Principal

 
Left to Right - Crystal Bailey representing the Port Rexton Recreation Commission presents a cheque for $1,000.00 to Stephanie Gould, Principal and Cairine House, Vice Principal. Funds raised were the proceeds from the Breakfast with the Easter Bunny. Many thanks to everyone that came out and supported the Annual Event.

 
Left to Right - Bram Walters presents a cheque in the amount of $3,000.00 to the Community Park on behalf of the Port Rexton Valu Foods - Port Rexton and Area Lions Club 50/50 Committee.
